1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 3qqee platform and all its services. This document forms a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 3qqee ("Platform" or "we").

2.3 Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for those bonus funds has been met.
• If an unusual transaction is detected, the platform may request additional verification.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3qqee offers various types of bonuses for new and regular players. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be understood clearly before claiming.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• A deposit of ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be shared with another player.
• A bonus claimed after a promotional offer has expired will be cancelled.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 3qqee reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.

5. Gaming Rules

All games on 3qqee are operated through third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules and procedures, which are determined by the respective provider.

5.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). There is no possibility of manipulating results. If any game or bet becomes void due to a technical error, it will be considered cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.

5.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the platform's policy.
• If a dispute arises over the settlement of a betting market, the platform's decision shall be final.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time; the odds in effect at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the outcome will be determined based on server-side data. 3qqee will bear responsibility for losses caused by the platform's own technical issues; however, the platform is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device or network.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to ensure the fair and proper use of 3qqee's services.

6.1 Collusion and Coordinated Fraud

If multiple players work together strategically to harm others or to gain unfair advantage from the platform, 3qqee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any winnings.

6.2 Money Laundering

Using the platform for the purpose of legitimizing illegal funds is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by the Platform

3qqee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Evidence of fraud or abuse is found
• Unusual activity is detected on the account

7.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to close their account must contact the support team. If a real money balance exists at the time of closure and it is eligible for withdrawal, it will be returned via the appropriate payment method.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

3qqee is not responsible for direct financial losses from gaming, missed bets, or lost winning opportunities, unless caused by the platform's own technical error. Betting decisions are entirely the user's own.
